Τραχηλιά, επιστήθιο από γαλάζιο, συνθετικό ύφασμα που φορέθηκε τα τελευταία χρόνια εξέλιξης της καραγκούνικης φορεσιάς. Είναι τραπεζιόσχημη και επάνω έχει ημικυκλικό κόψιμο και επίρραπτη κορδέλα από το ίδιο αλλά και πρόσθετο εμπριμέ ύφασμα για να εφαρμόζει στον τράχηλο. Αποτελείται από δύο τμήματα, ένα στενόμακρο στο άνω μέρος και το κυρίως τμήμα που καλύπτει το στέρνο και ενώνεται με το προηγούμενο με μικρά πιετάκια.
