Description
Μισάλα ή μισαλούδα, μονόφυλλη, ορθογώνια παραλληλόγραμμη ποδιά, υφαντή στον αργαλειό από τις ίδιες τις γυναίκες. Είναι καμωμένη με την τεχνική του κιλιμιού, από στημόνι βαμβακερό και υφάδι μάλλινο, διαφόρων χρωμάτων, στο οποίο προσθέτουν λευκασμένο βαμβάκι. Η απόληξή της είναι από μάλλινα, περαστά κρόσσια στα χρώματα της διακόσμησης. Επίρραπτα στα άνω άκρα, δύο σκ'νιά για να στερεώνεται η ποδιά στη μέση. Η επιφάνεια της ποδιάς αποτελείται από οριζόντιες ζώνες μαύρου χρώματος που χωρίζονται από στενές, χρωματιστές λουρούδες. Τα διακοσμητικά μοτίβα της, οι κλειδαρίτσες από όπου παίρνει και το όνομά της η μισαλούδα, "γράφονται" στον αργαλειό με χρώματα λευκό, φούξια, ανοιχτοπράσινο, μπλε, πορτοκαλί, κίτρινο και οινέρυθρο. Στην κάτω στενή πλευρά δημιουργούν τη ζουνίτσα, ταινία φαρδύτερη από τις υπόλοιπες, με σχέδιο που ονομάζεται
σκρουπτό χαλί (μισό χαλί). Πρόκειται για συνεχόμενους ρόμβους στα χρώματα του γενικού διακόσμου. Στην αμέσως επάνω ζώνη, στο κέντρο, υπάρχει ένα στεφανούδι, σχηματοποιημένο μοτίβο που θυμίζει δικέφαλο αετό (;). Εκατέρωθεν αυτού, από δύο μικρότερα μοτίβα που θυμίζουν φιόγκους, φούξια και πράσινα. Ολόγυρα, η ποδιά είναι γαρνιρισμένη με δαντέλα του μέτρου με καμπυλωτές απολήξεις.
