Description
Ρακάβε, γυναικείο, υπόλευκο πουκάμισο, υφαντό στον αργαλειό από τις ίδιες τις γυναίκες. Αποτελείται από ένα ίσιο, μονοκόμματο φύλλο υφάσματος μπρος - πίσω, χωρίς ραφή στους ώμους, και από δύο λοξά τμήματα σε κάθε πλάι, από τη μασχάλη και κάτω, οριζόντια συραμμένα μεταξύ τους, που δίνουν φάρδος στο ένδυμα. Φέρει λαιμόκοψη, ρελιασμένη με λωρίδα από το υφαντό, και κατακόρυφο άνοιγμα ύψους μπροστά, ύψους 34εκ. Κάθετα στον κορμό είναι ραμμένα τα μανίκια, μήκους 43εκ. και φάρδους 16εκ., με τη ραφή στην εσωτερική πλευρά του βραχίονα. Ο ποδόγυρος είναι γαρνιρισμένος με δύο σειρές μάλλινο μπλε γαϊτάνι. Από την αρχή των πλαϊνών έως και το πίσω φύλλο, ακολουθεί μια σειρά γαϊτάνι ακόμη, επίσης μπλε, και δύο σειρές γκρι σταυροβελονιά διπλή. Στην ίδια έκταση, οριζόντια
κεντητή ταινία σχηματοποιημένων μοτίβων, καμωμένη με κλωστές φλος, σε χρώματα κίτρινο, καφέ, πράσινο και μπλε που εναλλάσσονται. Στο μπροστινό φύλλο, αντί για ταινία, υπάρχουν μεμονωμένα ρομβόσχημα και τριγωνικά μοτίβα σε χρώματα μπλε, κίτρινο, βυσσινί και πράσινο. Τέλος, οι ενώσεις του πίσω φύλλου με τα πλαϊνά είναι διακοσμημένες με κέντημα από κλωστές φλος στα ίδια χρώματα, που εναλλάσσονται σχηματίζοντας στενή κατακόρυφη ταινία, ύψους 20εκ., από τις δύο πλευρές της οποίας φύονται σχηματοποιημένα φυτικά μοτίβα στα αντίστοιχα χρώματα.
