Description
Μαλαμοκαπνισμένα κολάνια, σφυρήλατα θηλυκωτάρια με εντυπωσιακό έκτυπο διάκοσμο τόσο στις πόρπες όσο και στο κεντρικό έξαρμα. Στα σφυρήλατα κοσμήματα οι τεχνίτες ανοίγουν φύλλο το ασήμι στο αμόνι με το σφυρί και στη συνέχεια του δίνουν την επιθυμητή φόρμα χρησιμοποιώντας το σφυρί. Η διακόσμηση στις πόρπες είναι έκτυπη. Ο διάκοσμός τους είναι σχηματοποιημένος φυτικός με το τυπικό θέμα της γλάστρας η οποία πλαισιώνεται από έναν κοιλόκυρτο βλαστό. Στη βάση της γλάστρας δύο πουλιά αντικρυστά. Στο κεντρικό έξαρμα η έκτυπη διακόσμηση είναι εντυπωσιακή. Μια γιρλάντα το στολίζει ολόγυρα, ενώ στο κέντρο του κυριαρχεί δικέφαλος αητός. Στην κορυφή του φέρει ανθρώπινη κεφαλή. Στην έκτυπη διακόσμηση οι τεχνίτες σχεδιάζουν τα θέματα του διάκοσμου στην εσωτερική πλευρά και τα χτυπούν έπειτα με το καλέμι, πάνω
σε μια μάζα από πίσσα (μίγμα από κολοφώνιο, κεραμίδι και λάδι). Ο σκαλιστής με διάφορα σπιτούνια από σκληρό ατσάλι σχεδιάζει τα σχέδια και κτυπώντας τα με το σφυρί προβάλουν φουσκωτά στην άλλη πλευρά. Στην τελική φάση ο σκαλιστής δουλεύει με λεπτά καλέμια τις λεπτομέρειες από την καλή όψη. Αυτού το είδους τα θηλυκωτάρια συναντώνται να κοσμούν τη γυναικεία νυφική αμφίεση της Επισκοπής.
