"Costumes from Northern and Central Euboea"

A tribute to the variety found in women’s costumes from Northern and Central Euboea, as it developed around historical, economic, and social events on the island, around the end of the 19th and the start of the 20th century.

Andreas Peris, from Limni in Euboea, supplements the panorama of costumes on display with his personal collection of garments from Euboea, while many exhibits were provided by the Peloponnesian Folklore Foundation.
