Χε(ι)ρότια, πρόσθετα μανίκια που φορέθηκαν με τη φανέλα, εσώρουχο της Καραγκούνικης ενδυμασίας. Είναι πλεχτά, καμωμένα με τεχνική κάλτσα από καφέ μάλλινα νήματα, φαρδιά στο ένα άκρο και στενεύουν φτάνοντας στο άλλο για να εφαρμόζουν. Από τον τρόπο πλέξης δημιουργείται ανάγλυφος και τρυτός διάκοσμος με γεωμετρικά μοτίβα.
