Description
Ποδιά από χοντρό μάλλινο ύφασμα, τσούκνα, βαμμένη σε σκούρο πράσινο χρώμα. Αποτελεί εξάρτημα της δευτερότερης γυναικείας φορεσιάς της περιοχής Αιδηψού. Είναι κεντημένη από τερζή με μαύρες μεταξωτές ουτρές. Το σχήμα της είναι ορθογώνιο παραλληλόγραμμο και είναι ραμμένη από ένα φάρδος υφάσματος. Το πάνω τμήμα της ποδιάς είναι περιφερειακά διακοσμημένο με μία συνεχόμενη μπορντούρα με ζιγκ-ζαγκ και μια δεύτερη κλαδόσχημη. Την επιφάνεια του κάτω τμήματός της καλύπτουν εναλλασσόμενα ταινιόσχημα γεωμετρικά μοτίβα. Ολόγυρα η ποδιά είναι ρελιασμένη με επίρραπτη μεταξωτή κορδέλα σε μαύρο χρώμα και γαρνιρισμένη με μαύρο γαϊτάνι που δημιουργεί μικρές θηλιές. Στο τελείωμα, γαρνίρισμα με μεταλλική τρέσα και χρυσά κρόσια.
