Description
Ποδέ, δίμιτη, σαγιακένια (μάλλινη της νεροτριβής) ποδιά, μονόφυλλη με κροσσάκια μάλλινα από σαγιάκι στην απόληξη. Πρόκειται για ποδιά που υφαινόταν από τις ίδιες τις γυναίκες ολόκληρη στον αργαλειό (γραμμένη), παλαιότερου τύπου. Μετά την ύφανση γινόταν το ντουλάπιασμα και ύστερα η βαφή. Τα βαμβακερά, ελαφρά κλωσμένα νήματα κατά τη βαφή δεν "έπιαναν" χρώμα. Το φόντο είναι μαύρο και τα επαναλαμβανόμενα μοτίβα, που λέγονται μπάπκα επειδή γίνονται με πλακέ βελονιά, σε οριζόντια διάταξη κατά ζώνες είναι καμωμένα από λευκό βαμβάκι και με προσθήκη μαλλιού σε μπλε, πράσινο, φούξια, μαύρο και κίτρινο χρώμα. Τα μοτίβα είναι φυτικά και σχηματοποιημένα, εναλλάξ κατά ζώνες. Ολόγυρα είναι γαρνιρισμένη με κόκκινο μάλλινο γκαϊτάνι, στερεωμένο στη μέση με κίτρινη μάλλινη κλωστή. Από τα άνω άκρα ξεκινούν δύο φούξια
μάλλινα γκαϊτάνια που καταλήγουν σε τζιφέτα, φουντίτσα, για να δένει στη μέση. Το άνω άκρο είναι αναδιπλωμένο προς τα μέσα, για να μειωθεί το ύψος της ποδιάς (μεταγενέστερη επέμβαση).
