Description
Γυναικεία ποδιά, δίμιτη, μονόφυλλη, υφαντή στον αργαλειό από μάλλινα και βαμβακερά νήματα από τις ίδιες τις γυναίκες. Δημιουργούνται οριζόντιες ενυφασμένες ρίγες, μπλε, κόκκινες και λευκές, που εναλλάσσονται διακοσμώντας την ποδιά. Στην ένωση των μπλε με τις λευκές ρίγες, υπάρχουν κεντητές ελλείψεις από μπλε μάλλινη κλωστή. Στο κάτω μέρος, οι οριζόντιες ρίγες είναι κεντημένες με πλακέ βελονιά από πολύχρωμα μάλλινα και βαμβακερά νήματα, δημιουργώντας ζώνες, αρχικά στενές, σταδιακά φαρδαίνουν και τέλος γίνονται πάλι στενές. Τα μοτίβα ανά ζώνη είναι κοινά: ακαθόριστα αλλά και γεωμετρικά (ρόμβοι), ευθείες και τεθλασμένες γραμμές συνθέτουν τον πλούσιο κεντητό διάκοσμο της ποδιάς. Η ποδιά απολήγει σε μάλλινα και βαμβακερά πολύχρωμα κροσσάκια. Ολόγυρα η ποδιά είναι ρελιασμένη με κόκκινη βαμβακερή κλωστή. Από τα άνω άκρα ξεκινούν δίχρωμα μάλλινα
κορδόνια (πράσινο - κόκκινο) για να στερεώνεται η ποδιά στη μέση.
