Description
Ποδιά από μωβ σατέν ύφασμα με μεταξωτό κέντημα παρμένο από τις καλλιγραφίες. Πρόκειται για ποδιά νεότερου τύπου, γιορτινό εξάρτημα της γυναικείας βλάχικης φορεσιάς του Μετσόβου. Το σχήμα της είναι παραλληλόγραμμο και είναι ραμμένη από δύο φάρδη υφάσματος ενωμένα κατακόρυφα μεταξύ τους, με στρογγυλεμένες τις κάτω γωνίες. Στο κάτω μέρος της καταλήγει σε φρούτου ντι πουάλα, φαρμπαλά. Στερεώνεται σε ζωνάκι από το ίδιο ύφασμα, μυτερό στο κέντρο, με βαθιές πιέτες έτσι, ώστε το πάνω μέρος της να είναι στενότερο από το κάτω. Η διακόσμηση είναι εντυπωσιακή, καμωμένη από τις γυναίκες με πολύχρωμες μεταξοκλωστές, με ανεβατή βελονιά. Πέντε γυρτά κλαδόσχημα μοτίβα από τα οποία φύονται μικρότερα και μεγαλύτερα άνθη σε χρωματική αρμονία στολίζουν τη βάση της ποδιάς. Το γέμισμα των ανθικών μοτίβων
γίνεται με χρυσό τιρ-τιρ και με πούλιες στερεωμένες με τιρ-τιρ. Η ποδιά είναι φοδραρισμένη με μαύρο βαμβακερό ύφασμα με διάσπαρτα πολύχρωμα μικρά μπουκέτα λουλουδιών.
