Description
Μάλλινη υφαντή ριγωτή ποδιά με ενυφασμένο ταινιόσχημο διάκοσμο. Αποτελεί καθημερινό εξάρτημα της γυναικείας βλάχικης φορεσιάς του Μετσόβου. Η ποδιά είναι μονόφυλλη σε σχήμα ορθογώνιο παραλληλόγραμμο. Όλη η επιφάνεια της καλύπτεται με ρίγες που εναλλάσσονται χρωματικά, με πορτοκαλί, κόκκινες, πράσινες, σκούρες μπλε και μαύρες μάλλινες κλωστές. Οι ρίγες αυτές διακόπτονται από δύο φαρδιές ταινίες, μία στο πάνω τμήμα της ποδιάς και μία στη βάση της. Πρόκειται για ταινιόσχημα θέματα με γεωμετρικό διάκοσμο, δουλεμένο με μωβ, φούξια, κίτρινες, σκούρες πράσινες, λαδιές, πορτοκαλί και άσπρες μάλλινες κλωστές. Ολόγυρα η ποδιά είναι ρελιασμένη με κόκκινη μάλλινη κλωστή και στο πάνω μέρος της, στις άκρες, φέρει δύο θηλιές από κόκκινο μάλλινο κορδόνι.
