Description
Μάλλινη υφαντή ποδιά σε κίτρινο χρώμα με ενυφασμένα μοτίβα που καλύπτουν όλη την επιφάνειά της. Το σχήμα της είναι ορθογώνιο παραλληλόγραμμο και αποτελείται από δύο φάρδη αργαλειού, ενωμένα οριζόντια μεταξύ τους. Τον ενυφασμένο διάκοσμο συνθέτουν κατακόρυφες ρίγες με ρομβόσχημα μοτίβα σε έντονο κόκκινο χρώμα, που καθώς όμως επιμηκύνονται οι κατακόρυφες πλευρές τους τονίζεται η σχηματοποίησή τους παραπέμποντας σε φλόγες φωτιάς. Ολόγυρα η ποδιά είναι γαρνιρισμένη με σειρές από μαύρο γαϊτάνι και ρελιασμένη στις παρυφές με κομμάτια μαύρου βελούδου. Στην οριζόντια ραφή και στις παρυφές η διακόσμηση γίνεται με επίρραπτα στοιχεία, όπως κορδέλες του μέτρου σε ροζ και μπλε χρώμα, γαϊτάνια σε υπόλευκο και μαύρο χρώμα και βελούδινες λουρίδες σε μαύρο χρώμα κεντημένες με συνεχόμενα χρωματιστά γεωμετρικά και ανθικά μοτίβα, με
βελονιά ροκοκό. Πρόσθετη διακόσμηση γίνεται με μικρές ροζέτες σε απαλά χρώματα, από τις οποίες κρέμονται νομίσματα. Στο πάνω μέρος της ποδιάς δεξιά, είναι ραμμένη λοξά μια μικρή βελούδινη λουρίδα κεντημένη με συνεχόμενα γεωμετρικά (σπείρες) και ανθικά μοτίβα, γαρνιρισμένη στο πάνω μέρος της με υπόλευκο μεταξωτό γαϊτάνι και στο κάτω με κορδέλες του μέτρου σε μπλε και ροζ χρώμα. Στο σημείο αυτό παλαιότερα στερέωναν την κάρπα (μικρή διπλωμένη πετσέτα της παντρεμένης). Η ποδιά στερεώνεται στη μέση με πλεχτό μάλλινο κορδόνι στα χρώματα του υφαντού.
