Description
Βυσσινί σατέν ποδιά κεντημένη με πολύχρωμα μετάξια. Πρόκειται για ποδιά νεότερου τύπου και αποτελεί γιορτινό εξάρτημα της γυναικείας βλάχικης φορεσιάς του Μετσόβου. Το σχήμα της είναι παραλληλόγραμμο και είναι ραμμένη από ένα φάρδος υφάσματος. Στερεώνεται σε ζωνάκι από το ίδιο ύφασμα, μυτερό στο κέντρο, με βαθιές πιέτες έτσι, ώστε το πάνω μέρος της να είναι στενότερο από το κάτω. Η ποδιά είναι διακοσμημένη μόνο στη βάση της. Το διάκοσμο συνθέτουν έξι πολύχρωμα ανθικά μοτίβα, δουλεμένα με διπλή σταυροβελονιά. Στις κορυφές τους επτά ζεύγη αντιμέτωπων πουλιών με κίτρινες, μωβ, πράσινες και πορτοκαλί μεταξοκλωστές σε συνδυασμό με λίγες πινελιές από φούξια. Μια μονόχρωμη γλωσσωτή μπορντούρα αγκαλιάζει το καθένα από τα φυτικά μοτίβα χωριστά. Στο τελείωμα της ποδιάς επίρραπτη διακόσμηση με μαύρη δαντέλα
του εμπορίου. Η ποδιά είναι φοδραρισμένη με εμπριμέ βαμβακερό ύφασμα.
