Description
Μάλλινη, χοντροϋφασμένη ποδιά, φτιαγμένη από δύο φύλλα υφάσματος ενωμένα οριζόντια, έτσι που το μήκος του υφάσματος γίνεται φάρδος της ποδιάς. Στο πάνω μέρος της είναι στριφωμένη μόλις ένα δάκτυλο, για να περνά κορδόνι πλεγμένο με καστανά, βυσσινί και γαλαζοπράσινα νήματα, με το οποίο η ποδιά σουρώνει γύρω από τη μέση. Ο βαθυκόκκινος κάμπος της ποδιάς διατρέχεται από λεπτές ρίγες που οριοθετούνται από γραμμές. Καστανόχρωμη ρίγα μέσα σε μωβ και μαύρες γραμμές εμφανίζεται σταθερά για να διαχωρίσει τις υπόλοιπες ρίγες μεταξύ τους. Συνδυάζονται μωβ μέσα σε βαθυκόκκινο και μαύρο, μαύρο μέσα σε βαθυκόκκινο και μαύρο. Σπανιότερα, ανά πέντε ρίγες, εμφανίζεται φωτεινή, πράσινη ρίγα μέσα σε βαθυκόκκινο και μαύρο επίσης. Ο ριγωτός ενυφασμένος διάκοσμος ενισχύεται από μονόχρωμα ανθάκια που μπαίνουν σε σειρά
ανάμεσα στις ρίγες. Με συνέπεια ακολουθείται η χρωματική εναλλαγή κίτρινο-πράσινο-μαύρο-άσπρο-μωβ, που δημιουργεί ζιγκ-ζαγκ στο φάρδος της ποδιάς. Όλο περίπου το κάτω φύλλο της περιτρέχεται στο τελείωμα από λεπτή δαντέλα του μέτρου ενώ άλλη, πυκνότερη, τοποθετείται διαγώνια στις άκρες, έτσι που να σχηματίζει τρίγωνο. Στην απόληξη του, ρελιάζεται με φεστόνι από κόκκινη κλωστή και στολίζεται με λεπτή μπιμπίλα πλεγμένη με τη βελόνα και με κλωστές φούξια, πράσινες και μπλε με άσπρη.
