Description
Μονόφυλλη άσπρη υφαντή ποδιά με ενυφασμένες οριζόντιες πολύχρωμες ρίγες. Αποτελεί εξάρτημα της γυναικείας μεγαρίτικης φορεσιάς με τον καπλαμά, που φορά η νιόπαντρη στις καθημερινές εργασίες της. Τα χρώματα που επικρατούν στις εναλλασσόμενες ρίγες είναι το κόκκινο, το ροζ, το μπλε, το πράσινο και το πορτοκαλί. Στο κάτω τμήμα της ποδιάς η διακόσμηση γίνεται πιο πυκνή καθώς οι ρίγες γίνονται πιο φαρδιές και εναλλάσσονται με πολύχρωμες ξομπλιαστές μπορντούρες, κεντημένες με κλωστές φλος και κοτόν περλέ. Στο τελείωμα, γαρνίρισμα με δαντέλα του μέτρου.
