Description
Ποάλ, μάλλινη χοντροϋφασμένη ποδιά με γραμμικό και γεωμετρικό διάκοσμο, εξάρτημα της γυναικείας φορεσιάς των Βλάχων της Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας. Έχει σχήμα ορθογώνιο παραλληλόγραμμο και είναι ραμμένη από δύο φάρδη υφάσματος ενωμένα οριζόντια. Στο πάνω μέρος έχει σούρα. Ολόγυρα γαρνίρεται με επίρραπτα μάλλινα κρόσια σε μαύρο, πράσινο, γαλάζιο και σκούρο κόκκινο χρώμα. Η ενυφασμένη διακόσμηση καλύπτει όλη την επιφάνεια της ποδιάς. Κατακόρυφες σκουρόχρωμες ρίγες (μπλε, κόκκινες, μαύρες, πράσινες) εναλλάσσονται κατά διαστήματα με πλατιά ταινιόσχημα θέματα, που περικλείουν μια σειρά από πολύχρωμα μοτίβα από τρεις επικλεινείς ευθείες που κάθε φορά συνθέτουν ένα πλάγιο παραλληλόγραμμο. Τα θέματα αυτά πλαισιώνονται από δύο κατακόρυφες ταινίες με ενυφασμένο γεωμετρικό διάκοσμο δουλεμένο με μαύρη μάλλινη κλωστή. Η ποδιά δένεται στη μέση με ένα μάλλινο προχειροφτιαγμένο κορδόνι, πλεγμένο από
τις γυναίκες στα χρώματα που επικρατούν στο γενικό διάκοσμο.
