Description
Ποάλ, μάλλινη χοντροϋφασμένη ποδιά με γραμμικό και γεωμετρικό διάκοσμο, εξάρτημα της γυναικείας φορεσιάς των Βλάχων της Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας. Έχει σχήμα ορθογώνιο παραλληλόγραμμο και είναι ραμμένη από δύο φάρδη υφάσματος ενωμένα οριζόντια. Στο πάνω μέρος έχει σούρα. Ολόγυρα γαρνίρεται με επίρραπτα μάλλινα κρόσια σε μωβ, μαύρο, σκούρο πράσινο και κόκκινο χρώμα. Η ενυφασμένη διακόσμηση καλύπτει όλη την επιφάνεια της ποδιάς. Κατακόρυφες σκουρόχρωμες ρίγες (βυσσινί, πράσινες, μαύρες, μπλε, καφέ) εναλλάσσονται κατά διαστήματα με ταινιόσχημα θέματα, που άλλοτε περικλείουν μια σειρά από κατοπτρικά τρίγωνα δουλεμένα με πράσινες, μπλε, πορτοκαλί και σκούρες κόκκινες μάλλινες κλωστές, και άλλοτε μια σειρά από σχηματοποιημένα μοτίβα στα ίδια χρώματα. Τα μοτίβα αυτά αποτελούνται από τρεις επικλεινείς ευθείες που κάθε φορά συνθέτουν ένα πλάγιο παραλληλόγραμμο. Η ποδιά δένεται στη
μέση μ' ένα μάλλινο προχειροφτιαγμένο κορδόνι, πλεγμένο από τις γυναίκες στα χρώματα που επικρατούν στο γενικό διάκοσμο.
