Description
Ποδιά που φοριέται με τη νεοτέρου τύπου καρπάθικη φορεσιά, το σακκοφούστανο ή φουστάνι, όταν το κορίτσι φθάσει δέκα χρονών. Στα δεκαπέντε που πλέον θεωρείται ώριμη γυναίκα, φορά το καβάι πάνω από τον σάκκο εκτός από την κανακαρά (πρωτότοκη) που δεν ξαναφοράπια το σάκκο. Η ποδιά είναι απο μπλε συνθετικό πτυχωτό ύφασμα με σχηματοποιημένα μαύρα μοτίβα με λίγο άσπρο. Αποτελείται από το κυρίως τμήμα και το κάτω μέρος, που φέρει επίρραπτο βολάν από το ίδιο ύφασμα και δαντέλα του μέτρου. Επάνω, κορδέλα από το ίδιο ύφασμα για να δένει στη μέση. Την ποδιά κοσμεί επίρραπτος διάκοσμος με σειρήτια χρυσά και κόκκινα, κόκκινες συνθετικές κορδέλες και τρέσα του εμπορίου με φυτικό διάκοσμο, σε κατακόρυφη και οριζόντια διάταξη.
