Description
Πιλένο, δίφυλλη, ορθογώνια παραλληλόγραμμη, μάλλινη ποδιά, καμωμένη από τις ίδιες τις γυναίκες στον αργαλειό. Είναι διακοσμημένη με ενυφασμένες κατακόρυφες ταινίες και ρίγες, σε χρώματα κόκκινο, κρεμεζί (ανοιχτό καφέ), μαύρο και πράσινο που εναλλάσσονται και επαναλαμβάνονται με σταθερό ρυθμό. Τα δύο φύλλα είναι ενωμένα οριζόντια κατά πλάτος με ραγουζέλα, κεντητή ένωση, καμωμένη με κόκκινη μάλλινη κλωστή. Η κάτω οριζόντια πλευρά και 33εκ. από τις κατακόρυφες είναι διακοσμημένες με μάλλινα χρωματιστά φουντάκια σε χρώματα κόκκινο, μπλε, πράσινο και κρεμεζί. Επίρραπτο στην άνω οριζόντια πλευρά, πλεχτό κορδόνι από μάλλινα νήματα στα χρώματα της ποδιάς, για να στερεώνεται το πιλένο στη μέση.
