Description
Ποδιά από αγοραστό βελούδο σε σκούρο μωβ χρώμα με ανάγλυφο φυτικό διάκοσμο. Αποτελείται από ένα φάρδος υφάσματος, με τις δύο κάτω γωνίες της στρογγυλεμένες. Στο πάνω μέρος στερεώνεται σε ζωνάκι από το ίδιο ύφασμα, με φαρδιές πιέτες έτσι, ώστε το πάνω μέρος της να είναι στενότερο από το κάτω. Πρόκειται για ποδιά νεότερου τύπου με εντυπωσιακά πολύχρωμα μεταξωτά κεντήματα παρμένα από τις καλλιγραφίες. Ο φυτικός διάκοσμος αναπτύσσεται συμμετρικά και είναι δουλεμένος με γραφτή τεχνική, με μεταξοκλωστές στους τόνους του ροζ, του κίτρινου, του πράσινου και του μπλε. Το γέμισμα των μοτίβων γίνεται με τη χρήση πούλιας. Στον κεντρικό άξονα του διάκοσμου τοποθετούνται δύο αντικρυστά πουλιά, ενώ ένα άλλο πτηνόμορφο μοτίβο στολίζει την κορυφή του. Ολόγυρα η ποδιά είναι γαρνιρισμένη με
εκρού δαντέλα του μέτρου.
