Description
Λευκό βαμβακερό πουκάμισο κεντημένο με μαύρες μάλλινες κλωστές, τα σκούλια. Αποτελείται από ένα κεντρικό ενιαίο φύλλο μπρος και πίσω, τη "μάνα", και από δύο λοξά φύλλα στο κάθε πλάι, τα λαγκιόλια. Το πουκάμισο είναι αμάνικο, καθώς οι Καραγκούνες συχνάλλαζαν τα μανίκια ανάλογα με τις περιστάσεις χρήσης του και γι' αυτό το λόγο τα έραβαν και τα κρατούσαν ξεχωριστά από το κυρίως πουκάμισο. Το βαμβακερό ύφασμα του πουκάμισου το ύφαιναν και το έραβαν μόνες τους. Οι ίδιες το κεντούσαν στον ποδόγυρο και στις ραφές των λαγκιολιών με τη "μάνα", με μαύρες μάλλινες κλωστές. Από τις ίδιες κλωστές γίνεται και το φούντωμα του πουκάμισου, με πυκνές μαύρες κοντές φούντες στο τελείωμα του ποδόγυρου. Ο γύρος του λαιμού και το κατακόρυφο άνοιγμα, η
τραχηλιά, είναι ρελιασμένα με ριγωτό βαμβακερό ρέλι. Ο ποδόγυρος η πάτος είναι διακοσμημένος με πυκνό μαύρο κέντημα, με οριζόντιες βίτσες με άσπρα σχηματοποιημένα μοτίβα ενδιάμεσα, καμωμένα με τιριπλίσια κλωστή (είδος λευκού βαμβακερού νήματος βιομηχανικής παραγωγής). Στο πάνω μέρος της κεντητής ταινίας μια σειρά από μαύρα σχηματοποιημένα φυτικά μοτίβα, τα κυπαρίσσια. Στο τελείωμα του ποδόγυρου γαρνίρισμα με μαύρες πυκνές φούντες.
