Description
Λευκό βαμβακερό πουκάμισο κεντημένο με μαύρες μάλλινες κλωστές και άσπρη τιριπλίσια κλωστή (είδος βαμβακερού βιομηχανικού νήματος). Είναι ποδήρες και αποτελείται από ένα κεντρικό ενιαίο φύλλο μπρος και πίσω, τη "μάνα", και από δύο λοξά φύλλα στο κάθε πλάι, τα λαγκιόλια. Κάθετα στον κορμό είναι πρόχειρα ραμμένα τα μανίκια, ρελιασμένα στο γύρο τους με μαύρο βαμβακερό ύφασμα, για να μη ξεφτάνε. Οι Καραγκούνες συχνάλλαζαν τα μανίκια ανάλογα με τις περιστάσεις χρήσης του πουκάμισου και γι' αυτό το λόγο τα έραβαν, τα κεντούσαν και τα κρατούσαν ξεχωριστά από το κυρίως πουκάμισο. Το βαμβακερό ύφασμά του το ύφαιναν και το έραβαν μόνες τους. Οι ίδιες το κεντούσαν στον ποδόγυρο και στις ραφές των λαγκιολιών με τη "μάνα", με μαύρες μάλλινες κλωστές. Ο γύρος
του λαιμού και το κατακόρυφο άνοιγμα, η τραχηλιά, είναι διακοσμημένα με στενή κεντητή ταινία που κατά μήκος φέρει σταυροβουλίσια κουκούλια, δουλεμένα με διπλή σταυροβελονιά. Η διακόσμηση στο γύρο των μανικιών γίνεται με πυκνό μαύρο κέντημα με οριζόντιες βίτσες που διακόπτονται από μικρά άσπρα σχηματοποιημένα μοτίβα, δουλεμένα με τιριπλί. Το τελείωμα των μανικιών γαρνίρεται με χρωματιστές πανώφουντες, μεταξωτές μακριές φούντες σε πράσινο, καφέ και μαύρο χρώμα. Οι φούντες εδώ είναι μεταγενέστερη προσθήκη. Ο ποδόγυρος είναι διακοσμημένος με δύο ταινιόσχημα θέματα. Στην πρώτη ζώνη, η επιφάνεια καλύπτεται με πυκνό μαύρο κέντημα που κατά διαστήματα διακόπτεται από δύο λευκές γραμμώσεις, παράλληλες μεταξύ τους. Στη δεύτερη ζώνη, η επιφάνεια καλύπτεται με κάθετες πυκνές βίτσες με κλαράκια, που εναλλάσσονται χρωματικά. Στο τελείωμα του ποδόγυρου γαρνίρισμα με πυκνές μακριές μαύρες φούντες.
