Ποδήρες πουκάμισο από άσπρο βαμβακερό αργαλίσιο πανί με λευκοκεντήματα στον ποδόγυρο και σκουρόχρωμα μοτίβα στα μανίκια. Αποτελεί βασικό εξάρτημα της γυναικείας σαρακατσάνικης φορεσιάς της Θράκης. Το πουκάμισο (π'κάμ'σο) είναι καμωμένο από ένα ενιαίο μονοκόμματο φύλλο μπρος - πίσω και από δύο φύλλα δεξιά και αριστερά, πλάτους 25εκ. και τα δύο μαζί κάτω από τη μασχάλη και 41εκ. στον ποδόγυρο και μήκους 95εκ. Φέρει βαθύ κατακόρυφο άνοιγμα μπροστά μήκους 40εκ. Ο γύρος του λαιμού και το κατακόρυφο άνοιγμα είναι ενισχυμένα με ένα διαφορετικό κομμάτι βαμβακερού εμπριμέ υφάσματος, που σχηματίζει την τραχηλιά. Τα μανίκια ή φρούτα, μήκους 33εκ. και πλάτους 25εκ. είναι διακοσμημένα σε δύο ζώνες, που ανάμεσά τους φέρουν επίρραπτες κορδέλες του μέτρου σε μουντά χρώματα, τις λεγόμενες φρέζες. Στην πρώτη
ζώνη, η διακόσμηση γίνεται με μια τεθλασμένη γραμμή, από την πάνω οριζόντια πλευρά της οποίας φύονται γυρτά σχηματοποιημένα ανθικά μοτίβα. Τα μοτίβα είναι δουλεμένα με σταυροβελονιά με μαύρες, καφέ και σκούρες πράσινες μάλλινες κλωστές. Στη δεύτερη ζώνη, η διακόσμηση γίνεται με μια ζικζακωτή ταινία από τα ανοίγματα της οποίας φύονται σχηματοποιημένα φυτικά μοτίβα, στα χρώματα που επικρατούν γενικό διάκοσμο. Μια ζικζακωτή χρυσή ταινία γαρνίρει τη βάση των μανικιών. Στο τελείωμά τους έχει προσραφεί μια φαρδιά ταινία από μάλλινα γαϊτάνια που καταλήγει σε μάλλινη δαντέλα με το βελονάκι. Οι ραφές στον ποδόγυρο διακοσμούνται με άσπρη βαμβακερή ένωση. Στο τελείωμα του ποδόγυρου γαρνίρισμα με λευκοκεντήματα και επίρραπτη άσπρη δαντελίτσα με το βελονάκι.
