Ποδήρες πουκάμισο από άσπρο βαμβακερό αργαλίσιο πανί με λευκοκεντήματα στον ποδόγυρο και σκουρόχρωμα μοτίβα στα μανίκια. Αποτελεί βασικό εξάρτημα της γυναικείας σαρακατσάνικης φορεσιάς της Θράκης. Το πουκάμισο (π'κάμ'σο) είναι καμωμένο από ένα ενιαίο μονοκόμματο φύλλο μπρος - πίσω και από δύο φύλλα δεξιά και αριστερά, πλάτους 16εκ. και τα δύο μαζί κάτω από τη μασχάλη και 47εκ. στον ποδόγυρο και μήκους 1,04μ. Φέρει βαθύ κατακόρυφο άνοιγμα μπροστά μήκους 48εκ. Ο γύρος του λαιμού και το κατακόρυφο άνοιγμα είναι ενισχυμένα με κομμάτι από άλλο ύφασμα καρό, που σχηματίζει την τραχηλιά. Τα μανίκια ή φρούτα, μήκους 35εκ. και πλάτους 25εκ. είναι διακοσμημένα σε δύο ζώνες που ανάμεσά τους φέρουν επίρραπτη διακόσμηση με χρυσή τρέσα πλάτους 4εκ. Στην πρώτη ζώνη, το διάκοσμο συνθέτουν
μια σειρά από σκουρόχρωμα σχηματοποιημένα φυτικά μοτίβα, δουλεμένα με μαύρη και μπλε σταυροβελονιά. Στη δεύτερη ζώνη, η διακόσμηση είναι πιο εντυπωσιακή με συνεχόμενα ρομβόσχημα μοτίβα που περικλείουν μικρά σταυρικά θέματα, δουλεμένα με τον ίδιο τρόπο. Στο τελείωμα των μανικιών έχει προσραφεί μια ταινία από μάλλινα γαϊτάνια που καταλήγει σε μάλλινη δαντέλα με το βελονάκι. Στις ραφές από τον ποδόγυρο και πάνω για 17εκ., κεντητή ένωση με άσπρη βαμβακερή κλωστή, το μέρτζε. Ο ποδόγυρος φέρει λευκοκεντήματα με σχηματοποιημένα και ζικζακωτά μοτίβα. Στο τελείωμά του γαρνίρισμα με στενή άσπρη δαντελίτσα, καμωμένη με το βελονάκι.
