Description
Ποδόγυρος από κεντητό πουκάμισο (φούντι) που οι γυναίκες φορούσαν στο χορό (βάλα). Από λευκό, αργαλίσιο βαμβακερό πανί, το πουκάμισο είχε "μάνα" πλάτους 45εκ. μπρος και πίσω. Δυο λόξες δεξιά και τρεις αριστερά προσθέτουν στον ποδόγυρο 47εκ. σε κάθε πλευρά. Στην ολοκέντητη ταινία (9εκ.), τα μαύρα μετάξια με την εναλλαγή στη φορά της βελονιάς σχηματίζουν οξείες γωνίες στο σχήμα που έχουν τα γωνιώδη κλαδιά των "κυπαρισσιών". Κατά διαστήματα, επίρραπτες πούλιες σχηματίζουν ανθρώπινη, χορευτική μορφή με λυγισμένα προς τα πάνω τα πάνω και κάτω άκρα. Στο τελείωμά της η ταινία έχει σειρά από σχηματοποιημένα φυτικά μοτίβα, μια δαντελωτή απόδοση του σχήματος που φτιάχνει το κεφάλι των κεντημένων γυναικείων μορφών. Πάνω στην ταινία κάθονται τα "κυπαρίσσια", στύλοι με τριγωνικό επιστέγασμα σαν πύργοι με
σκεπή, που εναλλάσσονται με χορεύτριες. Καταστόλιστες με πούλιες, οι χορεύτριες έχουν κι εδώ λυγισμένα προς τα επάνω και τα τέσσερα άκρα. Το κέντρο του μπροστινού φύλλου στολίζουν πέντε χορεύτριες.
