Description
Τσουμπέρ(ι), επιμήκης, επιμετώπια κεντητή ταινία, εξάρτημα της κουκούντας, όπως λέγεται το κεφαλοκάλυμμα της παεζάνας, της γιορτινής φορεσιάς του Ασβεστοχωρίου. Φοριέται οριζόντια στο μέτωπο και δένεται πίσω έτσι, ώστε να συγκρατεί την κάρπα, βαμβακερό, υφαντό μαντίλι κεφαλής. Στο κέντρο φέρει κόκκινη ταινία κεντημένη με τις λειτουργιές και επίρραπτη σε βυσσινί, βαμβακερό, βιομηχανικό ύφασμα διπλωμένο και ραμμένο στα δύο κατά μήκος. Οι λειτουργιές είναι καμωμένες με τη βελονιά σταυρουδάκι, από κρεμεζί, λευκές, βυσσινί, μπλε και πράσινες μεταξωτές κλωστές, με τέτοιο τρόπο, ώστε να φαίνεται επίπεδο το κέντημα. Τα μοτίβα που ξεχωρίζουν είναι ρόμβοι με εγγεγραμμένους σταυρούς και "Χ" με τρίγωνα.
