Description
Κορόνα ή στόλος, μαλαμοκαπνισμένο νυφικό επιμετώπιο κόσμημα. Αποτελείται από μία σειρά χυτές πλάκες με περίκλειστα άνθη, οι οποίες επιστέφονται από σχηματοποιημένα φυτικά μοτίβα που κορυφώνονται σε πετεινάρια, στολισμένα στη ράχη τους με κοράλια. Στο κέντρο δεσπόζει μεγάλος σταυρός. Οι πλάκες διακοσμούνται με χρωματιστές γυάλινες πέτρες, κόκκινες και πράσινες. Από τη βάση τους εξαρτώνται πεταλόσχημα κρεμασίδια. Στις άκρες του κοσμήματος έχει προσαρτηθεί ζεύγος σκουλαρίκια με δακρυόσχημα κρεμασίδια διακοσμημένα με κοκκιδωτή τεχνική, χρωματιστές πέτρες και κοράλια. Το επιμετώπιο είναι στερεωμένο πάνω σε μια ταινία μωβ βελούδινου υφάσματος. Η κορόνα, ανάλογα με το ύψος της και με το πρόσωπο της φέρουσας φτάνει σχεδόν μέχρι τα φρύδια. Συναντάται ως εξάρτημα να κοσμεί τη γυναικεία νυφική φορεσιά της Βήσσανης (επαρχία Άνω Πωγωνίου).
