Description
Μαλλίτικο, μάλλινο μαντίλι, εξάρτημα του γυναικείου κεφαλοκαλύμματος της Ολύμπου, που ονομάζεται τα σκουφο(γ)ύρια, και φοριέται με τη φορεσιά με το καβάι. Μπαίνει πάνω από τα αντιτσέμπερα και δένεται χαμηλά στο μέτωπο ώστε να φαίνονται τα λουλούδια που διακοσμούν το μαντίλι. Είναι τρίγωνο (αρχικά ήταν τετράγωνο που κόπηκε για να σχηματιστούν δυό), εξαιρετικά μεγάλο και με πλούσιο σταμπωτό διάκοσμο: το πορτοκαλί κάμπο διατρέχουν δύο μπορντούρες, μία στενή και μία φαρδύτερη, με κλαδιά, φύλλα και λουλούδια σε πολλά χρώματα και διαφορετικά μεγέθη. Στο κέντρο μοτίβο με τρία τριαντάφυλλα και ολόγυρα, διάσπαρτα ανθάκια. Ταυτόχρονα κάθετες ενυφασμένες ρίγες στο ίδιο χρώμα διακοσμούν όλο το μαντίλι. Στη βάση, απομεινάρια από επίρραπτο λευκό σειρήτι. Μάλλιστα, στη μία πλευρά υπάρχουν γαλάζιες χάντρες κεντημένες στο σειρήτι. Οι δύο
μεγάλες πλευρές είναι διακοσμημένες με κρόσσι μάλλινο πορτοκαλί χρώματος.
