Description
Τεχρεμί με τα πιτσίλια, βαμβακερό μαντίλι, εξάρτημα του γυναικείου κεφαλοκαλύμματος της Ολύμπου που φορούν τα κορίτσια από την ηλικία των δέκα έως τα δεκαπέντε χρόνια με τη φορεσιά σακκοφούστανο. Το φορούν όσο είναι νέες και αρραβωνιασμένες. Όταν φορούν το τεχρεμί με τα πιτσίλια δε φορούν από μέσα αντιτσέμπερα, εσωτερικά μαντίλια, που φορούν με τη φορεσιά με το καβάι. Είναι φτιαγμένο απο τη Βιοτεχνία Ελληνικών Μαντηλιών του Οικονομόπουλου. Σε λευκό φόντο, φυτικός σταμπωτός διάκοσμος (μοτίβο "τριαντάφυλλο" της Δωδεκαννήσου, σύμφωνα με τον Οικονομόπουλο): ολόγυρα μπορντούρα με πράσινα και κίτρινα φύλλα, μπλε ανθάκια και κόκκινα τριαντάφυλλα, μεγάλα στο κέντρο και μικρότερα στο πλάι. Εσωτερικά στις τέσσερις γωνίες, ίδια μοτίβα με τρία μεγάλα τριαντάφυλλα που σχηματίζουν γωνία. Το μαντίλι, είναι στολισμένο ολόγυρα με μπιμπίλα
με βαμβακερή υπόλευκη κλωστή από όπου κρέμονται κουδουνάκια (γερακοκούδουνα), μεταλλικά ελάσματα σε σχήμα φύλλου και πιτσίλια, χάντρες, κόκκινες και γαλάζιες.
