Description
Μπόλια, μακρύτατη μεταξωτή εσάρπα με ενυφασμένες χρυσές ρίγες και χρυσό κρόσσι στην απόληξή της. Αποτελεί εξάρτημα του γιορτινού κεφαλοκαλύμματος της γυναικείας φορεσιάς της Σαλαμίνας (Κούλουρη). Κατά μήκος της μιας μακριάς πλευράς φέρει επίρραπτη διακόσμηση με χρυσή δαντέλα, γαρνιρισμένη στο τελείωμά της με περαστές πούλιες. Η ενυφασμένη διακόσμηση με λεπτές και πλατιές χρυσές ρίγες γίνεται μόνο οριζόντια. Στο τελείωμα της μπόλιας είναι επιραμμένα τα κρόσσια, κομμάτι χρυσής δαντέλας με γεωμετρικά και ανθικά μοτίβα, που καταλήγει σε κρόσια με περαστές χρυσές πούλιες στην άκρη. Η δαντέλα είναι κοπανέλι, το οποίο οι γυναίκες το παράγγελναν σε ειδικές τεχνίτρες ή το αγόραζαν έτοιμο.
