Description
Μπόλια, μεταξωτή εσάρπα στο φυσικό χρώμα του μεταξιού, με ενυφασμένες χρυσές ρίγες και γραφτό κέντημα στις άκρες. Αποτελεί εξάρτημα του γιορτινού κεφαλοκαλύμματος της γυναικείας κουλουριώτικης φορεσιάς (Σαλαμίνα). Κατά μήκος της κάθε μακριάς πλευράς της φέρει πλατιά χρυσή ούγια και τέσσερις λεπτές ενυφασμένες ρίγες παράλληλες προς αυτή. Στις άκρες της, σε οριζόντια διάταξη, η ενυφασμένη διακόσμηση γίνεται με δέσμες από λεπτές και πιο πλατιές χρυσές ρίγες. Οι δέσμες αυτές περικλείουν δύο ζώνες χρυσοκέντητης διακόσμησης με πινελιές από πολύχρωμα μετάξια. Στην πρώτη ζώνη, το διάκοσμο συνθέτουν τέσσερα ζεύγη αντιμέτωπων πουλιών που το καθένα απ' αυτά περιβάλλει ένα ανθικό μοτίβο. Το σώμα των πουλιών είναι δουλεμένο με χρυσοκλωστή και με λίγες πινελιές από πετρόλ, σκούρες ροζ και φούξια μεταξοκλωστές στα φτερά τους. Το
περίγραμμα των ανθικών μοτίβων είναι καμωμένο με χρυσοκλωστή και το γέμισμα τους με μεταξοκλωστές σε μωβ, λιλά, σκούρο ροζ και φούξια. Στη δεύτερη ζώνη το ταινιόσχημο θέμα της διακόσμησης συνθέτουν τέσσερα χρυσοκεντημένα γυρτά κλαδιά από τα οποία φύονται ανθικά μοτίβα δουλεμένα με χρυσοκλωστή και πολύχρωμα μετάξια (πράσινα, μωβ, λιλά, σκούρο και ανοιχτό ροζ, φούξια). Στο τελείωμα της μπόλιας έχει προσραφεί κομμάτι χρυσής δαντέλας με γεωμετρικά μοτίβα που καταλήγει σε μακριά χρυσά κρόσια.
