Description
Κουρούκλα ή τσιμπέρκα, γυναικείο μαντίλι από σκούρο βυσσινί (κρασετί) αραχνοΰφαντο βαμβακερό ύφασμα, κουρούκλα ή μούλι, εξάρτημα του γυναικείου καρπασσίτικου κεφαλοκαλύμματος, συνήθως φερμένο από την Κωνσταντινούπολη. Είναι διακοσμημένο με σταμπωτά φυτικά μοτίβα, κλαδκιά: Ολόγυρα, στο κκενάριν ή ξωλούριν, μικρότερα μοτίβα και εσωτερικά στις γωνίες, οι μηλιές ή μήλο. Στην απόληξη είναι διακοσμημένο με μεταξωτή πιπίλλα με μικροσκοπικά λουλουδάκια. Τα μαντίλια τα στάμπωναν ειδικοί τεχνίτες, οι μαντηλάρηδες, και την πιπίλλα την έπλεκαν οι ίδιες οι γυναίκες, οι κόρες των μαντηλάρηδων ή άλλες τεχνίτρες.
