Κεφαλόκομπτσα μονή, αλυσιδωτό επιχρυσωμένο κόσμημα κεφαλής μ' έναν συρματερό ρόδακα στη μία άκρη του, στολισμένον με μια γυάλινη κόκκινη πέτρα. Πρόκειται για εξάρτημα του γυναικείου κεφαλοκαλύμματος των Καραγκούνηδων των Τρικάλων και της Καρδίτσας. Οι κεφαλόκομπτσες τοποθετούνται λοξά, από αριστερά προς τα δεξιά, στο πίσω μέρος της μπερέτας (κεφαλοκάλυμμα).
