Μονή κεφαλόκομπτσα, αλυσιδωτό κόσμημα που στη μία άκρη του φέρει έναν συρματερό ρόδακα με μία κόκκινη πέτρα. Πρόκειται για κόσμημα κεφαλής, εξάρτημα του γυναικείου κεφαλοκαλύμματος των Καραγκούνηδων των νομών Καρδίτσας και Τρικάλων.
