Λαχουρί της μέσης, σκουρόχρωμο μεγάλο τετράγωνο μάλλινο μαντίλι με ενυφασμένες μεταξωτές ρίγες σε βυσσινί χρώμα και κρόσια ολόγυρα. Φοριέται πάντα με τη δεύτερη τρικεριώτικη φορεσιά. Στην περίπτωση όμως που ο γαμπρός δεν έχει την οικονομική άνεση να δωρίσει κλειδωτάρια (κόσμημα μέσης) στη νύφη, φοριέται τότε και με την καλή φορεσιά. Το μαντίλι φέρει σταμπωτή διακόσμηση ολόγυρα με σχηματοποιημένο φυτικό διάκοσμο σε κίτρινο χρώμα, με εναλλασσόμενα καρδιόσχημα μοτίβα με πράσινες, ροζ, σιέλ πινελιές. Στη δύο γωνίες κυριαρχεί ένα μενταγιόν-λαχούρι με σχηματοποιημένα φυτικά θέματα στα χρώματα της μπορντούρας. Το λαχουρί διπλώνεται στα δύο σε σχήμα τριγωνικό και μπαίνει πίσω στη μέση, αφήνοντας τις δύο άκρες να σκεπάζουν το πίσω μέρος του φουστανιού. Οι δύο άλλες άκρες, αφού έρθουν μπροστά, δένονται πίσω ή
στα πλάγια.
