Ντίμετεν πόιας, μάλλινο, δίμιτο, σκουροπράσινο ζωνάρι, εξάρτημα της γυναικείας καθημερινής, γιορτινής και νυφικής ενδυμασίας της Ορεινής Σερρών. Συνήθως είναι διπλωμένο στα δύο κατά μήκος και στερεωμένο με βελονιά ουντίτσα (θυμίζει τρύπωμα) από χρωματιστή, μάλλινη κλωστή.
