Description
Ζώνα, επίμηκες ζωνάρι, εξαιρετικά στενό που στερεώνεται στην άκρη του ζωναριού με ένα βρόγχο και τυλίγεται μερικές φορές γύρω από αυτό, συγκρατώντας ταυτόχρονα την ποδιά. Η ζώνα είναι καμωμένη σε ειδικό χτένι, τον ψευτοαργαλειό, από τις ίδιες τις γυναίκες ή ειδικές τεχνίτρες. Είναι κόκκινη (μάλλινα νήματα) με ενυφασμένες λεπτότατες ρίγες στα άκρα, σε χρώματα πράσινο (μάλλινα νήματα), κίτρινο και μπλε (μεταξωτά νήματα). Στις άκρες σχηματίζονται με τα νήματα πλεχτά κορδόνια που καταλήγουν σε φούντες.
