Description
Δίμιτα, ανδρικός, αμάνικος, γιορτινός επενδύτης από μαύρο, δίμιτο υφαντό του αργαλειού (αν και συνήθως γίνεται από μπλε - λουλακιασμένο - υφαντό). Αποτελείται από το αμάνικο πανωκόρμι και τη φούστα. Το πανωκόρμι αποτελείται από τα μπροστινά φύλλα και τα τέσσερα φύλλα της πλάτης. Η φούστα είναι καμωμένη από σαρανταμία λωρίδες, κατακόρυφα συρραμμένες, που σχηματίζουν ισάριθμα λαγκιόνια, πιέτες. Ο επενδύτης είναι ολόγυρα γαρνιρισμένος με μια σειρά μαύρο μεταξωτό γαϊτάνι και δύο σειρές μαύρο μεταξωτό κορδόνι. Στο ύψος της μέσης, το κορδόνι σχηματίζει θηλιά που εφαρμόζει σε μαύρο πλαστικό κουμπί για να κλείνει η δίμιτα. Στο μπροστινό κατακόρυφο άνοιγμα, με το κορδόνι σχηματίζεται κατακόρυφη μπορντούρα από θηλιές και ομόκεντρους κύκλους εναλλάξ. Στα δεξιά, στερεωμένο στον ώμο με μεταλλική καρφίδα και στη μέση επίρραπτα,
μεταλλικό (κράμα που περιέχει πιθανότατα και χαλκό) επιχρυσωμένο κόσμημα, μεταγενέστερη προσθήκη, πιθανόν από το Λύκειο των Ελληνίδων. Στον ώμο, αετός από την ουρά του οποίου κρέμεται τραπεζιόσχημη πλάκα με ανάγλυφο ρόμβο και μικρά σχηματοποιημένα μοτίβα. Έξι αλυσίδες ξεκινούν από αυτήν την πλάκα και καταλήγουν σε δεύτερη πλάκα, όμοια με την πρώτη, που είναι στερεωμένη λίγο πιο πάνω από τη μέση.
