Description
Σιγκούνα, αμάνικος επενδύτης, εξάρτημα της γυναικείας φορεσιάς της Ελευσίνας. Αποτελείται από επτά φύλλα από στενοϋφασμένο σαγιάκι σε υπόλευκο και μαύρο χρώμα. Είναι κατακόρυφα ανοιχτός μπροστά ρελιασμένος με πράσινη κορδέλα και γαρνιρισμένος με πράσινα κοντά κρόσια. Διακόσμηση φέρουν μόνο τα πρόσθετα τμήματα του μαύρου σαγιακιού στο μπροστινό άνοιγμα, στο γύρο της βάσης και σ' ένα τμήμα των πλευρών κάτω από τις μασχάλες ύψους 33εκ. Τα τμήματα αυτά είναι κεντημένα με ταινιόσχημα θέματα με σχηματοποιημένα κλαδόσχημα μοτίβα, καμωμένα με διπλή σταυροβελονιά και γαρνιρισμένα με πράσινα μάλλινα κρόσια. Στο μπροστινό φύλλο στο ύψος της μασχάλης είναι κεντημένο το μονόγραμμα "Μ", πιθανόν το αρχικό γράμμα του ονόματος της φέρουσας του επενδύτη.
