Description
Κοντόσια ή φουστανέλα, αμάνικος, υπόλευκος, ανδρικός επενδύτης από τον οποίο παίρνει την ονομασία της η γιορτινή φορεσιά, τα κοντόσια. Είναι καμωμένος από σαγιάκι (μαλλί της νεροτριβής). Αποτελείται από το ίσιο φύλλο της πλάτης, τα μπροστινά επάνω και τα μπροστινά κάτω φύλλα που είναι επίσης ίσια, αλλά και από είκοσι δύο λοξά που σχηματίζουν ισάριθμες πιέτες. Το μπροστινό τραπεζιόσχημο άνοιγμα, από τη μέση και κάτω, καθώς και ο γύρος του επενδύτη είναι γαρνιρισμένα με μια σειρά μάλλινο, υπόλευκο γαϊτάνι. Δεξιά και αριστερά, λίγο πιο κάτω από τη μέση του ενδύματος, υπάρχει από ένα κατακόρυφο άνοιγμα, ύψους 16εκ. περίπου, που οδηγεί σε εσωτερική τσέπη. Το στέρνο είναι διακοσμημένο δεξιά και αριστερά με επίρραπτο, κόκκινο, μάλλινο ύφασμα, που κάνει το γύρο της λαιμόκοψης.
Μάλιστα, στο κάτω μέρος, υπάρχουν κομμάτια διαφορετικού υφάσματος, μαύρο - κόκκινο αυτή τη φορά, με ενυφασμένους ρόμβους. Πάνω στο κόκκινο ύφασμα υπάρχουν επάλληλες σειρές μάλλινων κορδονιών και γαϊτανιών, σε χρώματα μαύρο, βαθυκόκκινο, μπλε αλλά και χρυσό, που άλλοτε συστρέφονται δημιουργώντας θηλιές και άλλοτε ακολουθούν γραμμικά το τραπεζιόσχημο κόψιμο.
