Description
Κατσούλι ή κατσούλα ή τσουτσούλι, μαξιλαράκι, εξαιρετικά σημαντικό εξάρτημα του κεφαλοκαλύμματος της παντρεμένης από το Ρουμλούκι, που δίνει το όνομά του σε ολόκληρο το κεφαλοκάλυμμα. Η ακριβής λειτουργία του είναι άγνωστη· σύμφωνα με τις ίδιες τις γυναίκες το φορούν "για το καλό" ή "για να είναι καρπερές". Το μαξιλαράκι δημιουργείται με το λύγισμα ενός χλωρού κλαδιού σε ελλειπτικό σχήμα, και αφού ξεραθεί, με το γέμισμά του με μαλλί. Τέλος, βαμβακερό, υπόλευκο πανί συγκρατεί την κατασκευή σταθερή.
