Description
Τσιράπια, ζεύγος πλεχτών καλτσών από μάλλινα νήματα, καμωμένων με τη βελόνα του πλεξίματος. Αποτελούνται από ένα ενιαίο φύλλο. Η πατούσα έχει μήκος 25εκ. και φάρδος 12εκ. Λίγο πριν το τέλος της κάλτσας, στο πίσω μέρος, ξεκινά ο κορμός της έτσι, ώστε να σχηματίζεται η φτέρνα. Ο κορμός, αρχικού πλάτους όσο και η πατούσα, σταδιακά φαρδαίνει και φτάνει τα 15εκ. λίγο κάτω από το γόνατο. Στο άνοιγμα κάθε κάλτσας υπάρχει λεπτό, πλεχτό κορδόνι για να στερεώνεται η κάλτσα στη γάμπα. Εδώ όμως, διασώζεται μόνο στη μία από τις δύο κάλτσες του ζεύγους. Οι κάλτσες έχουν κύριο χρώμα το μαύρο και με την προσθήκη νημάτων κίτρινων, οινέρυθρων, φούξια, και πράσινων γίνεται η διακόσμηση σε οριζόντιες ζώνες με σχηματοποιημένες απολήξεις.
