Description
Σταυρωτό κιουστέκι, αλυσιδωτό επιχρυσωμένο επιστήθιο κόσμημα με συρματερό διάκοσμο. Αποτελείται από μία κεντρική σταυροειδή πλάκα, δουλεμένη με συρματερή τεχνική. Η επιφάνειά της δίνει την αίσθηση μιας χρυσόπλεχτης δαντέλας. Ο διάκοσμός της στηρίζεται στη σύνθεση σχηματοποιημένων άνθινων θεμάτων με την επανάληψη βασικών στοιχείων, όπως είναι οι σπείρες και η έλικα. Χρωματιστές πέτρες, κόκκινες και πράσινες, φωτίζουν την επιφάνειά της. Από τις κεραίες του σταυρού ξεκινούν αλυσίδες που καταλήγουν σε τέσσερις φυλλόσχημες πλάκες συρματερής τεχνικής, από τις οποίες εξαρτάται πτηνόμορφος γάντζος. Όλες οι πλάκες είναι ασταρωμένες, φέρουν δηλαδή χυτή λεία πλάκα (κράμα ασημιού και άλλων μετάλλων) στην πίσω όψη τους. Το κιουστέκι γατζώνεται χιαστί στο στήθος, σκεπάζοντας όλο τον θώρακα.
