Απρισιμέν(ι)ο μεταξωτό μαντίλι σε μωβ χρώμα με ενυφασμένα σχηματοποιημένα φυτικά και ανθικά μοτίβα, που καλύπτουν όλη την επιφάνειά του. Αποτελεί χρακτηριστικό εξάρτημα της γυναικείας καστελλοριζιακής φορεσιάς που εισαγόταν από την Αλεξάνδρεια. Ονομάζεται και σπανιόλικο ή κινέζικο μαντίλι, γιατί πιθανότατα ήταν ισπανικής ή κινέζικης κατασκευής. Στο γύρο του μαντιλιού μωβ μεταξωτά κρόσσια, τα μπλεξούδια ή κλόσσια. Το μαντίλι αυτό το φορούσαν διπλωμένο τριγωνικά και ριγμένο πάνω στο τσακί (σκληρή ταινία από μεταξωτό πολύχρωμο μαντίλι), όπου το στερέωναν με μία καρφίτσα. Περνούσαν τις άκρες του πίσω από τα αυτιά, τις σταύρωναν χαμηλά κάτω από το σαγόνι και τις άφηναν να πέφτουν ελεύθερες πίσω.
